Instead, the municipality contracts with a lunch provider which in turn
delivers the food to each school. There, the students take part in serving
lunch to their classmates, and the class eats together in the classroom.
Thus, whenever handling food, kindergarten and elementary school children
wear aprons, caps, and sometimes gauze face-masks for hygeine. October,
